A highball that speaks through the clarity of its ice
Our highball stands apart from the typical “izakaya drink.” We use pure ice sourced from a specialty ice supplier, carefully carved piece by piece. The whisky is chilled to -20°C for a crisp finish. Additionally, the soda water is cooled with ice water at approximately -0.01°C, keeping the temperature extremely low to preserve carbonation. Enhancing the delicate mouthfeel is the use of Kimura Glass “Usuhari” glasses—thin and lightweight, they elevate the clarity of the drinking experience. We also offer a wide selection of authentic cocktails and carefully chosen whiskies.

The "Girls’ Night & Date Plan," perfect for gatherings or romantic occasions, includes a total of 7 dishes such as bruschetta, meat dishes, pasta, and dessert, priced at ¥3,500 (tax included). Available for groups of 2 to 6 people, and message plates can be arranged for anniversaries. For social gatherings or group use, we also offer a "Party Plan" at ¥4,000 (tax included). Each course can be upgraded with an all-you-can-drink cocktail option for an additional ¥1,500 (tax included), or a beer and wine all-you-can-drink option for an additional ¥2,500 (tax included).

This is not just a calm and relaxing space, but one that gently lifts your mood as well. A softly dim, stylish atmosphere is accented with warm orange lighting. The deep tones of walnut wood blend together, allowing conversations and drinks to flow naturally and comfortably. With 30 seats in total centered around 16 counter seats, the space offers a relaxed sense of distance where you can comfortably spend time alone at night or with someone special.
